GREAT SATURDAY

Every now and then I need a pick - me up and this for sure helped.

No endless money no endless shoe shopping or vacations can make me feel as tho President Uchtdorf made me feel on Saturday.  Me and a 4 wards went to a RS Broadcast to hear powerful men and women remind each woman in the world how special they are.

Some of my favorite quotes. Very Uplifting Talk - click here

“No matter how dark your days may seem, no matter how insignificant you may feel, no matter how overshadowed you think you may be, your Heavenly Father has not forgotten you. In fact, He loves you, with an infinite love.”

"...is that if we spend our days waiting for fabulous roses, we could miss the beauty and wonder of the tiny forget-me-nots that are all around us.”

President Uchtdorf reminded the sisters that the gospel is not an obligation, but a pathway leading to happiness and peace in this life and “glory and inexpressible fulfillment” in the life to come.

“You may at times feel a little like the forget-me-not—insignificant, small, or tiny in comparison with others,” he said, noting: “I hope (the forget-me-not) will be a symbol of the little things that make your lives joyful and sweet

No matter what religion we all are we still need to remember how special we are woman, mother, daughter, grandma, great grandmother. We are truly something special.

Before we listened to the broadcast me made Humanitarian Kits with wash cloths, combs, soap, tooth brushes. The little things that we all take for granted.

I am so grateful for what God has given me a loving and go-getter husband, my sweet and loving Isaiah and my precious Carter who all are sealed together forever.

May we all take the time to tell our loved ones how much we appreciate them and know life is too short to fret over the silly stuff.

Thanks for reading.

Isaiah lost another tooth!

Wow what a busy week it has been for the tooth fairy. Isaiah lost his second bottom tooth on Thursday night. It was the tooth right next to the other he lost the other day! This time when I pulled it out with some floss I didn't pull so hard so that it flung across the room like the last tooth. ha ha oh Isaiah is so so sweet and got a PACK of SKITTLES AND THERE WAS A DOLLAR BUT some how fell off the side of the bed, still missing!! Isaiah was so excited to show his school friends. We will hopefully be taking school pics at jcpenny's or sears - i swear the school packages in order to get 1- 8x10 is over 40.00 RIDICULOUS I may say myself...

On Wednesday nights I have started a mini mom group to meet at various spot around town just for moms to get out and chat with one another. We've usually gone to get hot cocoa and walked to borders or sat and ate yogurt land. It's been fun to meet other "late owls" mom who can get out so late when Thomas gets home 8:30PM ish...

I swear the only way I think we have made so many great relationships has been in church. From being in Arizona and now back in P-town it has been a blessing how many new faces and families we have met. I love it!!! Thank you lord.

We are getting ready for Halloween and I am so ready to put decorations up. For now we are enjoying the extra family room which is just toys now and I am still painting every now and then.

Isaiah lost his first bottom TOOTH

oh my gees, my little Isaiah lost his first tooth yesterday!!!
Isaiah was complaining his poor tooth was hurting him and so I said alright lets see how wiggly it  is. I had to go on a couple of you tube videos and see how exactly to do this with NOT so much PAIN. ridiculous? lol
I grabbed and ice cube and some floss and jiggled it around looped the tooth and pulled. IT CAME OUT. BUT THE TOOTH FLEW AND I COULDN'T FIND IT. BUT I HAD TO HURRY AND RINSE HIM OUT. We were on all fours looking all over the carpet under the table and nothing. Isaiah said lets pray mom. So we did twice. Isaiah was pretty excited for the "tooth fairy" but had no tooth. WHILE just sitting there I see a tiny tooth a foot from where I was sitting. I dunno why I was thinking it was going to be BIG lol he was excited and quicly put it under his pillow. Isaiah was very excited he received a TWIX bar and 1.75 I have no idea what the going rate for a tooth is these days lol

GO MY LITTLE  MAN ISAIAH.

1 week since KEYS.

Well we absolutely have no boxes in house except our room LOL
The kids bedrooms are painted and both bathrooms are almost done except the tops, (a little short I am).

We received so much help from family and friends, I just love love my life!!!! The house is in a great court, very quiet. It was weird to put both boys in there separate rooms but I believe Isaiah loves not hearing Carter cry at ALL. ha ha I will post pics once everything is all settled and a little decorated.

Thank you to all who helped us!!!!
