Oh Boys

Weather is up and down.

Not a favorite of my but its better than all RAIN; I say.
Since I don't let my kid play video games all day (yet) lol
and the parks aren't splash pad-villa we gotta do other things

We play pretend with Spatula's, yes I said a cooking utensil. I don't yet have swords or guns yet. I am quite unsure about them. Since my poor Carter will be the victim so I wait till Carter get's older. :0)
One of the blessings of being in control of your children's toys is NOT BUYING them.

Our home can be the safest place from the world if we allow it, a safe haven a refuge.
I hope it is like that.

It's getting closer to Isaiah 6th birthday and its so crazy how time goes by fast. First its my baby Carter turning 2 then Isaiah turning 6. Crazy Crazy. Years are going by so fast its crazy. ha ha

P-town school's require for Kindergartner's to have a dentist clearance and a doctor clearance to go to first grade to ensure that he won't have any issues blocking them from learning.

It's been a great school year - from scottsdale to p-town. I am loving all the sweet pictures and his point from no reading to a great reader. He loves Math and is quite fast. I am enjoying these years with him and hope he remembers as much as he can. It goes by tooo fast.

Isaiah and Carter love to chase each other around. Isaiah loves to growl at Carter and he just laughs HYSTERICALLY. We may be in an apartment and have not much space but we make it fun as much as we can.

Thomas has a new work schedule which gives him a 3 day weekend (Sunday's always off) this weekend will be our first weekend with daddy here with him home. We can't wait. Maybe some short camping trips or just fun all day park days. Can't Wait.

Were going to start Isaiah in Sports Camp this summer and he will be able to do soccer, basketball and baseball for one week. I am hoping he enjoys this time. I can't wait to see which one he will enjoy best.

I have cut the back of Carter's hair it was getting a little too long. He still has a ton of curls and when I straighten my hair people always ask, where does he get his curly hair? I always like to say with a) oh I don't know.. ha ha or b) from me; but I straighten it to confuse you. ha ah Oh the looks people give me is priceless.

Isaiah came home this week with 2 cuts on his jeans where his knees show!!! Yes my son likes to cut his clothes. It's happened on 3 occasions - twice in his shirts and once on his pants. I was irate; to be honest because it was always with the new clothes but I believe he won't do it anymore. :0)
If anyone has experience this please let me know what to do if next happens. Thanks.

Enjoy the photos - Next Posting will be Isaiah 6th birthday. Yipppeeee

Mexico

Gratitude feels our hearts for the Wolfe Family and Grammie..
Thank you so so much for making this trip possible and watching the boys.
I missed them dearly and was so happy to have the boys pics that were sent via texts. I love technology.
It was mother's day and was also the weekend Thomas proposed to me 3 years ago. Wow.

We were able to get a cheap hotel in Sylmar and was able to make the short trip to Long Beach on Friday and headed on the ship to start cruising and eating. From Long Beach we headed to Ensenada, Mexico. It was very weird not having to feed the boys in the morning or change Carter's diaper. But we knew the boys were in good hands.

Saturday we opted to go see the blow hole ( 1 of 3 in the US ) and go down to the market to haggle some cheap souvenirs and get some tacos. We were lucky to get 2 spider-man costumes 2 for 10 a $2 magnet and a purse. It was a good day.It was alot of fun to be able to use my spanish. I would love to bring the boys once they are older; so they appreciate how good they have it. LOL It was quite a humbling trip and sad to see the children selling items as well.

From Comedy shows, slots, black jack, lots of food anytime we wanted, meeting new people, making fun of the drunk people, and doing a little dancing the last night. And don't forget the quality time I had one on one with my husband. It was well worth it and very needed. I don't think we could do a longer cruise because it was a little overwhelming at time and the ship rocked at times and it was kinda scary.

Thank you for watching the boys!!!!
